Dear Vibrational Beings!!
Already July1st, New York is warm, getting hotter but today there is a bit of refershing rain. Hoping concerts planned tonight will still go on. I try to enjoy the warm weather even if it sometimes feels like I cannot think, or the constant sweating makes working with clients less pleasant. And since I don't like AC, unless absolutley necessary, it is what it is.
Going to Sweden soon and everything will be a lot fresher, hopng for some warm summer days of course...and that magical light. And- I look forward to Sonic Soaks and some Toning&Drumming by the lakeside,
I have great clients here in NYC, we are moving energies to get a sweet flow, and the singing bowl I use on the body is as always a big favourite. My newest client is a chihuahua, who decided this was his thing. My business card says "Take a "paws" - connect with your dog-" and he said, heck YAH !! Work that magic!! ARF
I end up giving freebies on the street, dogs stop and "ask" -"Please Miss, could you just touch here a little while I know that you know...." I really need to offer this more, It IS a great connection between people and their furry friends. I'm going to the Hounds in the fall!!
Well all, make sure you vibrate and remember, the body holds a lot of answers to your well being, release the body and your mind will release too.Have a great July!!
May yo walk in beauty/ Eva

Hello vibrational beings,
Last week I had a wonderful time being interviewed by James Governale for wellb, a NYC wellness app. Here is their webpage, they are also on Facebook .https://www.wellb.me/GTUI/
I had a chance to speak about my modalites Sound & Vibrational Energy Therapy and Reiki. We had fun and I loved the smile on James' face when he experienced the vibrations on his body as well a just hearing them. It's the smile I love to see on my clients. This modality is just amazing, so simple yet so very effective. I feel very grateful to be part of this safe and gentle way to wellbeing. Please take a look at the video, It is about 39 minutes so maybe you can use it as meditation, a time to get a ittle sound healing while you watch, I hope you find it intriguing and informative and you are welcome to book a time, if you are here in New York. I will bring Sonic Soaks, Klangresor, to Sweden this summer and I am available if anyone wants to set it up. Let's allow the vibrations to ripple through the world. https://youtu.be/Qama8c8ym78
If the link doesn't work here, you can find it on the Home page.
May you walk in beauty. Eva

Hello vibrational beings,
Spring is here, or is it? April 5 and it's trying to decide. Spring showers are a blessing. Good for the potatoes, as Grandma said. And it seems are reservoirs are almost full. That is very good.
Still the vibrations at yesterday's wedding was more from cold and shivering bodies- it was the first wedding where I actually kept my coat on in order not to have my teeth chatter. But love and adrenalin warmed the bride who stood like a warm princess, completely at ease in her lovely dress. It goes to show how much our mind effects our bodies, And the groom was quite happy, being a person who prefers colder weather.
All was good, in other words. I love how sound and vibrations are becoming more and more a part of the ceremonies. I do believe we need rituals, and the sound starting off the wedding is a big part of taking us back to that. Yesterday was a little extra, since the couple had partaken of a Sonic Soak, Klangresa, as it was beautifully called in Sweden and had liked it vet\ry much. The bride's family helped me. By all playing a singing bowl each we made a beautiful vibrational surround sound together,
So spring has arrived within, and is soon here with all the ever amazing beauty, all colours making a whole.
And for me, it was a lovely affirnation of how energy medicine works in every situation. How blessed I am to be part of this.

Dear Vibrational Beings
"Please put on the oxygen mask before you help any others."
Yes taking care of Self is needed before you can help anyone else.
A reminder came today, feeling a bit under the weather. "Go outside and play in the snow, you'll fell better" as Grandma always told me, and of course she was right, even if I had preferred sitting inside reading. Sometimes I wonder if the cold actually froze the darn germs :-) And I think it worked today That said- If I DO get one I make sure to rest, a lot, I have never believed in pushing the body especially with fever and I can't abide people who say "Oh I can do it,". I recently heard of a person who walked into a seriously ill relative and, being highly contagious, almost brought on the end of the patient... It's not about you being brave ..It's about respect and compassion.
Stay well and if you still catch a cold, take care of Your Self!!
Drink your turmeric, ginger and honey tea - slightly chilled it's really good . YUM!!
You'll be vibrating perfectly soon again.
May you walk in beauty

Dear Vibrational Beings,
It's been all too long time since I wrote in this blog.
A time of finding the Path.
I have been so blessed to share Sonic Soaks in Karlskoga, Sweden.
The amazing energies of people coming together to vibrate in unison..separately yet together . And how different every time is, depending on who is there and what they need. I must say a large Thank you, to the Vikings who showed up, not one cancelled,
even in a great snowfall, it would have been called a "blizzard" here in New York. :-)
Not having access to a car I was the one who almost didn't make it.
It was however a great opportunity in how to remain calm and enjoy the Moment.
Waiting for the local bus, was extremely beautiful, huge snowflakes covering me, and I kept sounding and singing in order stay calm and ready to be a healer.
The sound soaring in the white stillness was quite cool and the effect on my nervous system strong.
The stress of having no buses show up never being allowed to enter..
I made it.. .. the beautiful participants helped me set up .. and...
It was a beautiful Soak...
I will add a photo today. "Explosion" by Paige Bradley.
This is the story how this beautiful art work came to be :
Reading this I felt compelled to write the words above.
Isn't that what my work is about?
Helping to heal and make life more beautiful.
I feel like that statue .
I have been broken asunder and been put together again with a light from within
We all have experiences like that and what is, to use an over used word, awesome,
is to experience the light I see in my clients after a sonic soak or a private session of
Reiki and Sound. I am so grateful to all of you who share the good vibrations with me.
May you walk in beauty.

Hello Vibrational seekers,
Hello Vibrational Beings
This is the first entry i my sound healing blog. 5/29/16
And I will start with quoting Dr Susan Babel, a psychologist.
In the full article she refers to expressions like "a pain in the neck, shouldering a problem" and if you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. The feelings of overwhelm almost always ends up in specific parts of the body, related to someone "being a pain in the neck"
And threre's where Sound Healing, Reiki, EFT (Tapping) and similar modalities come in. it's so simple, yet so effective,
to alleviate pain by just letting go for a moment. and I admit,,it's easier with someone else's help.
Welcome and book a session or look out for a Sound Bah coming to a place near you! Sweden.. I am soon with you!!
"Life gets tough sometimes. You start to feel like you’re on an emotional roller coaster after a bit. But did you know that those emotions can cause a decline in your physical health? Dr. Susan Babel, a psychologist that specializes in trauma-induced depression, wrote in Psychology Today, “Studies have shown that chronic pain might not only be caused by physical injury but also by stress and emotional issues.”
Many people are already familiar with the fact that emotional stress can lead to stomach-ache, irritable bowel syndrome, and headaches, but might not know that it can also cause other physical complaints and even chronic pain. One logical reason for this: studies have found that the more anxious and stressed people are, the more tense and constricted their muscles are, over time causing the muscles to become fatigued and inefficient.
“More subtly, one might develop psychosomatic symptoms or stress-related symptoms because of unresolved emotional issues”
“Often, physical pain functions to warn a person that there is still emotional work to be done, and it can also be a sign of unresolved trauma in the nervous system”"
